How to use Champion Gold Gelatin Sheets

PREPARING GOLD GELATIN SHEETS FOR USE ("BLOOMING")

Soak the sheet(s) in cold water for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain off water or remove the sheets. Gently squeeze each sheet to remove excess water.

HOW TO USE GOLD LEAF GELATIN

Add bloomed leaves to warm or room temperature liquid ingredients and allow the gelatine to dissolve completely. Do not boil gelatine leaves.

Substitute gelatine sheets for powdered gelatin in recipes by using one sheet per (approximately) each half cup of liquid.
