This Natural Lemon Flavor Baking Emulsion makes a great alternative to alcohol-based extracts. The rich flavoring is water-based, ensuring the lemon flavor remains strong throughout baking and no alcohol taste left behind in low-heat and no-bake recipes. Use this versatile baking emulsion to add bright and bold citrus taste to cakes, frostings, cupcakes, swiss rolls, beverages, and more.
For easy measurement, use 1 teaspoon of emulsion in place of 1 teaspoon of extract. This water-based emulsion is gluten-free and easily soluble in water.
For added convenience, you can use lemon emulsion as a replacement for lemon zest in your recipes. Simply substitute 1/2 teaspoon of emulsion for 1 teaspoon of zest, and you'll still achieve that zesty lemon flavor without any hassle! This item is measured in fluid ounces and not by weight.
