This Meyer Lemon Pound Cake Mix creates moist, tender loaf cakes with sweet and tangy lemon taste. The simple mix requires only the addition of butter, eggs, and milk to prepare. Made with natural Meyer Lemon flavor for classic lemony taste with added sweetness. The tender, moist texture is ideal for any occasion., snacking, breakfast, or desserts. Great for special occasions and events, this easy to prepare mix creates a moist and tender loaf filled with tangy citrus flavor.

BASIC PREPARATION: For 1 Standard Size Loaf (Approximately 10 Servings):
- 18 oz. Lemon Pound Cake Mix
- 4 ounces (1 stick) butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
DIRECTIONS:
- Spray loaf pan with flour-based cooking spray.
- In large bowl, beat butter and eggs with electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping down sides of bowl constantly. Increase mixer speed to high and beat for 2 minutes, scraping down sides constantly.
- Reduce mixer speed to low and gradually add Lemon Pound Cake Mix in thirds alternately with milk, beating just until smooth after each addition.
- Transfer batter to prepared pan. Smooth the top of the batter, then tap bottom of pan on work surface to release air bubble.
- Bake in pre-heated 350°F oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool on rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before (optional) frosting or decorating.
Ingredients: Sugar, enriched bleached wheat flour (niacin, iron (reduced), thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour), natural Meyer lemon flavor, aluminum free baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch and monocalcium phosphate), and salt. CONTAINS A WHEAT INGREDIENT.
