A little goes a long way with this water soluble concentrated flavoring, making it suitable for crafting chocolates, hard candy, and other confections as well as baked goods. Use our 3x extra strength coffee flavor, sometimes called a Super Flavor, to create coffee-flavored fudge, frosting, fillings, cakes, cookies, cupcakes, confectionery, and more. Because only 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of this concentrated 3-fold flavoring is needed per cup of fat, it is an economical choice for commercial or retail bakery and confectionery applications at scale. Our extra strength natural coffee flavor uses natural flavors to add the rich, full-bodied taste of coffee to hard candy, chocolates, cakes, cookies, fillings, ice cream, frozen dairy, frosting, and fondant. This concentrated flavoring is intense, so a little bit goes a long way!
How to Substitute 3-Fold Coffee Flavor Extract for Extracts:
When a recipe calls for 1 teaspoon of extract, the recommended substitution is 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of 3-Fold Coffee Flavor Extract.
