Powdered Molasses Adds Depth & Sweetness to Baking, Cooking, Beverages, Snacks

  • Dehydrated Refiners Syrup & Cane Molasses
  • Free Flowing Light Brown Powder (#50 to #100 Screen) Mixes Easily in Wet or Dry Ingredients
  • All Natural Sweetener for Baked Goods, Sauces, Cooked Dishes, Beverages
  • Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Kosher, Vegan

OliveNation Molasses Powder is made by combining refiners syrup with pure cane molasses then drying and grinding to a rough ground texture (#50-#100 screen size. This versatile ingredient works as both a natural sweetener and a flavoring element, adding depth and richness as well as sweetness in recipes. Use our powdered molasses directly mixed into liquid or dry ingredients, or rehydrate into a thick, syrupy texture. This natural sweetener can be used as a substitute for brown sugar or white sugar to reduce liquid and add depth as well as rich, caramel-like notes in batters, doughs, beverages, sauces, and rubs. Try powdered molasses in traditional baked goods like gingerbread, molasses bars or cookies (Hermits), gingersnaps, spice cakes, pumpkin muffins, or oatmeal cookies. Mix into classic savory favorites like baked beans, honey molasses glaze, and dry rubs or create flavorful BBQ sauce or marinades. Dry molasses is ideal for reducing moisture in recipes, easy to work with (no sticky mess), and easy to measure, making it a great choice for bulk use in commercial baking, foodservice, and food and beverage manufacturing environments.

Usage: To reconstitute to a thick liquid, combine 3 parts molasses powder with 1 part water.
