Ingredients: Sweet Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Arrowroot Powder, Rice Milk Powder (Rice Syrup Solids, Rice Protein, Natural Mixed Tocopherols - added to maintain freshness), Cream of Tartar, Salt, Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate), Ground Vanilla Bean.
BASIC PREPARATION - PANCAKES:
Per batch of 5-7 pancakes use:
- 10.5 oz. Pancake and Waffle Mix
- 2 eggs (for VEGAN option, use 1 ripe banana, mashed)
- 1 TBSP + 1 teaspoon oil
- 1/3 cup water or milk (for VEGAN option, 2/3 cup vegan-friendly milk or milk replacer)
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine eggs (or mashed banana for VEGAN option), oil, and water or milk.
- Add to dry mix. Blend well. If needed, add more liquid. Add mix-ins if desired.
- Pour batter onto pre-heated pan or griddle sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Cook each pancake until top edges show bubbles and bottom is golden. Flip and cook until bottom is golden.
